Job Title: Cashier

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at WESCO 150 MILE. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Count and balance cash register at the end of each shift
  • Process returns and exchanges in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cash register area
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a retail or cash handling environment an asset
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash
