Global VP of Communications

We are seeking a highly skilled Global VP of Communications to lead and shape our company's communication strategies on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the creation of executive speeches, presentations, and other high-level communications.
  • Develop and implement an integrated strategic communications plan to advance Fix Network and all its business units' brand identities.
  • Initiate research, development, and implementation of new communications programs with performance goals and measurable KPIs.
  • Enhance and guide a public relations strategy to cultivate and enhance meaningful relationships with targeted, high-level external audiences.
  • Work with leadership and staff to recognize internal and external communications opportunities and define and execute appropriate strategies.
  • Engage in and oversee development of varying owned, earned, and paid media, including print collateral, electronic communications, websites, social channels, and new media.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify communications needs and deliver timely and effective communications solutions.
  • Manage a communications team to support the development and execution of the communications strategy.
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or better in Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • ~10 years of work experience leading a team in the private sector, including the direction and oversight of corporate communications and public relations activities.
  • Extensive successful writing and editing experience for a variety of traditional and digital media.
  • Excellent understanding and familiarity with brand building and brand management.
  • Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines and budget requirements.
  • Experience in building, mentoring, and coaching a team of communications specialists.
  • Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills; English language written and verbal proficiency is a must; French written and verbal beneficial.
