Position Overview: Pursuit Collection is seeking a dedicated Facilities Operations Leader for the Banff Gondola. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team to ensure a pristine, safe, and professional environment for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise cleaning personnel and guarantee adherence to established schedules and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Onboard new team members and provide continuous training and mentorship.
  • Manage inventory levels and procure cleaning materials as needed.
  • Ensure that outdoor areas are well-maintained and secure for guests.
  • Adhere to health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in committee activities and support emergency evacuation plans.
  • Address guest inquiries and fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with a keen eye for detail, self-driven, and physically capable of performing cleaning duties. Knowledge of WHMIS and prior cleaning experience are beneficial. An Alberta Class 4 License is a plus, and all applicants must agree to a criminal background check.
