Mechanical Engineer Technical Planning Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to lead our technical team in the planning and management of complex projects in the water and wastewater sector. As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of technical personnel and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the mechanical discipline on projects, providing technical expertise and oversight to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design, coordinate, and manage projects from concept to completion, including contract administration and site visits.
- Provide mechanical expertise for engineering studies and condition assessments, working closely with multidisciplinary teams.
- Liaise with clients to understand their needs and integrate compliance into project design.
- Interact with regulatory bodies to ensure project requirements are met.
- Lead or assist in proposal preparation, including scope definition and estimating level of effort.
- Mentor designers and junior engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
