Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Specialist to provide exceptional care for children in a home environment. This role involves a variety of responsibilities aimed at ensuring the well-being and development of children.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in child care is considered an asset.
Work Environment

The position is based in the employer's residence, offering a comfortable and familiar setting for the children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take full responsibility for household duties in the absence of parents.
  • Accompany the family on trips, providing assistance with child supervision and household tasks.
  • Ensure proper hygiene by bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children.
  • Implement discipline strategies as directed by the parents.
  • Maintain detailed records of daily activities and health information related to the children.
  • Foster a safe and healthy living environment.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals tailored to children's dietary needs.
  • Supervise and engage with children to promote their emotional well-being.
