About the Role:

As a Room Attendant at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and memorable stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our guests' experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms to the highest standards
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs, providing exceptional service and a personalized experience
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team

Requirements:

  • Previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to focus on guest needs and provide professional service
