About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Siding Installer to join our team at Trademarks Properties Inc. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing siding and exterior cladding on our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Layout and Installation: Determine the most efficient layout and installation procedures for siding and exterior cladding.
  • Measurement and Marking: Measure and mark guidelines for installations to ensure accuracy and precision.
  • Work Materials and Supplies: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations.
  • Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy.
