Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floral Designer/Helper to join our team at Mums Flowers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting our designers in creating beautiful flower arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation of flower arrangements and displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the flower shop and garden center
  • Assist with flower care and handling, including cleaning and conditioning flowers
  • Support the team in achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a flower shop or garden center
  • Knowledge of flower care and handling
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as needed
