We are seeking a skilled Junior Floral Designer to join our team at Mums Flowers. As a key member of our flower shop, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced designers in creating beautiful floral arrangements and displays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the care and handling of flowers and plants
  • Clean and condition flowers to ensure they are fresh and ready for sale
  • Help maintain a tidy and organized store environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet sales and customer service goals

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a flower shop or garden center
  • Strong knowledge of flower care and handling
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
