The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and financial sustainability for The Raw Carrot Sites. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, communication skills, leadership, sales acumen, and motivation towards The Raw Carrot mission.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for The Raw Carrot Sites
- Develop and manage retail and online sales strategy
- Work with churches and Raw Carrot church 'champions' to develop sales opportunities
- Explore and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Develop and implement a Corporate Partnership Strategy for The Raw Carrot HQ
- Grow HQ's existing develop new corporate partners through product sales, corporate events, and impact investing
- Plan and oversee events, meetings, and activities related to corporate partnerships
- Manage ongoing corporate partner relations, reporting, and appreciation
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director of Sales
- Experience in the food industry and/or social enterprise is a plus
- Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools
- An outward Christian faith and active involvement in a church
- Access to a car for travel
