Job Description

The Director of Sales is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and financial sustainability for The Raw Carrot Sites. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, communication skills, leadership, sales acumen, and motivation towards The Raw Carrot mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for The Raw Carrot Sites
  • Develop and manage retail and online sales strategy
  • Work with churches and Raw Carrot church 'champions' to develop sales opportunities
  • Explore and develop new B2B sales opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Corporate Partnership Strategy for The Raw Carrot HQ
  • Grow HQ's existing develop new corporate partners through product sales, corporate events, and impact investing
  • Plan and oversee events, meetings, and activities related to corporate partnerships
  • Manage ongoing corporate partner relations, reporting, and appreciation
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Director of Sales
  • Experience in the food industry and/or social enterprise is a plus
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications:
  • An outward Christian faith and active involvement in a church
  • Access to a car for travel
