About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at Accusonic Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Requirements Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical requirements documents to ensure that our products, processes, and solutions meet business needs and objectives.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Prepare comprehensive cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation and optimization.
  • Security Risk Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to mitigate these risks.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Automation and Testing: Develop and implement robotic process automation solutions and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Physical Demands: Perform a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional physically demanding tasks.

  • Personal Qualities: Possess accurate, proactive, and organized skills, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in technical solutions and infrastructure, with a strong understanding of security risks and mitigation strategies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
