About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at PT PROTECH TELECOM LTD. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, assessing client needs, and recommending appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend tailored solutions
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits of our products and services
  • Deliver sales presentations and conduct sales transactions
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts, including estimating costs and providing quotes
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including training and troubleshooting
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide expert advice to clients
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Fluency in English
