The Department of Mathematics & Statistics at McMaster University is seeking candidates for a Contractually Limited Appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor in Mathematics.

Role and Responsibilities
- The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching a total of five courses throughout the appointment period.
- They will lead the McMaster Peer-Run Inclusive Math Experience (MacPRIME), a virtual bridge program designed for incoming students in Mathematics and Statistics.
- A PhD in Mathematics is required, with preference given to those who demonstrate a successful teaching background at the university level.
Departmental Environment
The Department of Mathematics and Statistics comprises 42 full-time faculty members, approximately 100 graduate students, and 15 postdoctoral fellows, fostering a collaborative and dynamic academic atmosphere.
