Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement youth programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with young people, community organizations, and stakeholders to ensure effective program delivery.
  • Provide guidance and support to young people to help them achieve their goals and aspirations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the safety and well-being of young people.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of fundraising and marketing strategies to support youth programs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., youth work, social work, education).
  • 1-2 years of experience working with young people in a community agency or youth drop-in centre setting.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
