As the President of Retail Management at Stone Moth Design Inc., you will play a pivotal role in steering the organization towards achieving its strategic goals. This permanent position requires a commitment of 30 hours per week and is conducted in English.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Strategically allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and initiatives.
- Department Oversight: Authorize and organize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions.
- Objective Setting: Establish clear objectives for the organization and formulate or approve relevant policies and programs.
- Representation: Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers and directors, delegating the necessary authority to ensure optimal working conditions.
You will oversee a team of 3-4 individuals.
