- Direct and manage a team of 11-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Establish and maintain a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
- Operations Management
- Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks
- Prepare and submit reports, including daily activity reports and staff performance evaluations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, including guest information and staff training.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and other hotel management software.
