Collaborating closely with the Special Events Manager, the Wedding Coordinator is instrumental in guiding the couple throughout their momentous occasion. The primary objective is to ensure that the wedding day is a true reflection of the couple's dreams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the schedule and timing details for the couple
  • Facilitate rehearsal activities for the wedding ceremony
  • Assist in serving the main table during the reception
  • Maintain a polished and professional demeanor at all times
  • Efficiently manage vendor arrivals and deliveries
  • Execute any additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor or Food & Beverage Management team
Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is required
  • Mandatory Serving It Right certification; Foodsafe certification is a plus
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old due to alcohol service regulations
