About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager to join our team at GN Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of marketing automation experts and web/SEO specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop our marketing automation technology solutions, overseeing the production of email programs and managing our web and SEO team to enhance our digital programs and improve customer engagement.
  • Develop and execute a strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, leveraging marketing automation and web/SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities to increase program utilization, improve efficiency and quality, and reduce costs.
  • Manage and deliver the marketing technology stack for marketing automation, email marketing, and web/SEO, including day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.
  • Protect and analyze marketing data, ensuring its accuracy and adherence to company privacy and data management policies.
Requirements
  • Experience in marketing automation and email marketing, with a focus on setting up automated campaigns in Marketo/HubSpot/Act-On or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, including best-practice content strategy and online reputation management.
  • Familiarity with WordPress sites, including WordPress managed hosting (WP Engine).
  • Experience using CRM/project/task management software (e.g. Workamajig, Salesforce).
  • Expertise translating complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
