About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Technology Specialist to join our team at 2253011 Ontario Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week and will be required to communicate in English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation

Confer with clients to identify their technical requirements and understand their business needs.

  • Technical Documentation

Document technical requirements to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with our company's goals.

  • System Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients and our company.

  • Technical Advice

Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure that our company's technical infrastructure is aligned with industry best practices.

  • Security Risk Assessment

Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware to ensure that our company's information systems are secure and protected.

  • Security Policy Development

Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure business continuity.

  • Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure that they meet our company's standards.

  • Conflict Resolution

Resolve conflict situations that may arise in the course of our business operations.

  • Usability Testing

Conduct usability testing to ensure that our information systems are user-friendly and meet the needs of our clients.

  • Post-Sale Support

Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that they are satisfied with our services.

  • Test Execution

Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests to ensure that our company's information systems are functioning correctly.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
