easyfinancial is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at one of our locations. In this role, you will guide your team through effective coaching and training, drive sales performance, manage overdue accounts, and enhance portfolio growth through direct customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Create exceptional customer sales experiences by engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication. Demonstrate empathy and understanding of customer needs, aligning them with appropriate financial solutions. Educate and empower clients to reach their financial objectives by assisting them in building their credit. Leverage opportunities for financial cross-sales and supplementary products. Clearly communicate the terms and conditions of financial offerings. Assess and analyze prospective loans through thorough financial evaluations and risk assessments. Oversee collections activities for all overdue accounts. Gather necessary information to process customer applications with meticulous attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Demonstrated experience in a leadership capacity, ideally within a sales-focused environment. Strong communication skills, emphasizing a people-centric approach and results-oriented mindset aimed at enhancing sales and customer satisfaction. Operate with integrity and compassion in every transaction, genuinely caring for our customers. Ability to successfully pass background checks (criminal, employment, and credit).

Internal Applicant Eligibility:

Experience: Minimum of 12-18 months in a Financial Service Representative role or equivalent. Individual Growth Plan: Must be completed or in progress. Endorsement: Required from your Regional Manager. HR Clearance: Mandatory.
