About the Role

Cefa Morgan Crossing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a key member of our childcare centre, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.
  • Guide and assist children in developing essential life skills, including eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Monitor children's progress and identify potential learning or behavioral issues, preparing comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
  • Participate in staff meetings to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience in childcare an asset
