About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Sandbox Early Learning. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment that supports the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the well-being and development of children
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various activities and media
  • Guide and assist children in developing essential life skills, such as eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Observe children and prepare reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors to ensure their needs are met
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that protects the well-being of children
Requirements
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Experience in childcare or education an asset
