Identify and resolve barriers to project success, fostering collaborative relationships among departments, collaborators, funding agencies, and external stakeholders. Develop documentation such as research proposals, consent forms, and data collection tools; recruit and train study teams and participants. Maintain research databases, ensuring data quality through assessment and cleaning of information gathered from provincial partners. Evaluate project milestones in consultation with the Principal Investigator, identifying discrepancies and recommending strategies for improvement. Assist in the dissemination of scientific findings through abstracts, presentations, and publications, as well as knowledge translation efforts. Identify potential funding sources and assist in the preparation of funding applications and budgets. Provide direction to staff, students, and trainees as needed, offering feedback on performance and orienting new team members.
