We are in search of a Retail Sales Associate to provide support on an as-needed basis across various locations in Quebec. This position is ideal for individuals who are driven, skilled, and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Overview

  • Promote and sell postal services and products to both businesses and the general public
  • Accurately sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist customers by providing necessary information and required forms
  • Address and resolve any delivery or service-related concerns in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Completion of high school or equivalent education
  • Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
  • Familiarity with postal operations and systems
  • Ability to lift and manage mail containers weighing up to 50 lbs
  • Willingness to be available for on-call shifts

Work Environment

This position encompasses multiple Retail Sales Associate roles in various locations throughout Quebec. Candidates residing within a reasonable distance from the postal facilities may be considered.
