About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Middleware Architect to join our team at TalentBurst Inc. As a Middleware Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient middleware solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and recommend changes to project design concepts to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Design and develop specifications for system-related information, ensuring stability, interoperability, portability, security, and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for the development of systems, focusing on reuse and industry standards.
  • Convey architectural solutions to all levels of professionals and leaders, ensuring compliance with established architecture, design patterns, policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead system architecture design across business area projects and architecture teams, identifying and reviewing architecture-related project activities and plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of solution design and architect experience.
  • Strong understanding, experience, and knowledge of integration components, including Queue/Topic - IBM Websphere MQ.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong overall knowledge of business and IT processes, software architecture, and middleware design.
  • Experience working in a multi-vendor environment.
