Position Title: Claims Representative
Company: Progressive Home Warranty Ltd.
Role Overview:
- Oversee and manage a portfolio of claims from initiation to resolution
- Effectively liaise with homeowners, builders, and contractors
- Provide education to stakeholders regarding home warranty insurance
- Work collaboratively with the claims team and report directly to the Claims Manager
Qualifications:
- Possession of a General Insurance License or a commitment to obtain one
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant business applications
- Exceptional time management and communication capabilities
- Self-motivated with a positive outlook
- Experience in the insurance or construction field is advantageous
- Post-secondary education is preferred
Compensation:
$50,000.00 to $55,000.00, commensurate with skills and experience
