Position Overview

As a Pharmaceutical Supply Coordinator at Compassion Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that support the delivery of pharmaceutical care to our patients.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment

This position is set within a pharmacy or drugstore environment, where you will be expected to manage a fast-paced workload while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, package, and label pharmaceutical products.
  • Assist in scheduling and managing workflow.
  • Maintain and prepare necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Process billing for third-party insurers.
  • Compound oral solutions, ointments, and creams as needed.
  • Keep accurate inventories of medications and prescription records.
  • Collect and analyze relevant statistics.
  • Interpret specifications provided by physicians.
  • Oversee inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including reception and appointment scheduling.
  • Order necessary supplies and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory effectively.
