Job Title: Pharmacy Supply Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pharmacy Supply Assistant to join our team at Summerside Pharmacy. As a Pharmacy Supply Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our pharmacy by ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stocked and maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records of medications and prescription records of pharmaceutical products.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order and receive supplies and equipment, and ensure that they are properly stored and maintained.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Claims Processing: Process claims for health insurance and workers' compensation.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all supplies and equipment are properly labeled and stored.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, dependable, organized, flexible, and reliable.
