Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Roofing Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our roofing division, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of roofing projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of roofing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure that they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site visits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standards, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the work environment is safe for employees and the public.
  • Communication: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that projects are delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting project progress, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the construction industry
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of professionals
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices
