Job Title: IMS Production Support L3

At Purple Drive, we are seeking a highly skilled IMS Production Support L3 professional to join our team. As a key member of our network operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IMS infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues
  • Perform regular maintenance and updates on network equipment and software
  • Implement and maintain network security measures to protect against unauthorized access and threats
  • Collaborate with other teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements
  • Analyze network traffic patterns and optimize network performance
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
  • Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT teams
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to networking
Requirements:
  • 8 years of experience in network operations and support
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and Traffic Engineering
  • Familiarity with network security principles and integration of security controls into the network infrastructure
  • Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools, such as Wireshark, SNMP, and NetFlow
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus 5k, 7k, and 9K devices, Arista, and Juniper 5100 devices
  • Experience with Data Centre Fabric technologies, such as ACI, Arista EVPN, and Juniper Apstra
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, JNCIP, or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with VMware technologies, such as VMWare NSX T
  • Professional certifications, such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent
