About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Archambault. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the overall success of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and Monitor Store Objectives: Set and track store goals, budgets, priorities, and action plans in accordance with organizational needs and customer requirements.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Implement plans to improve profitability and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Human Resources Management: Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development.
  • Team Performance: Ensure that team members possess the necessary knowledge and skills to meet sales targets and achieve business objectives.
  • Compliance and Governance: Promote and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Post-Secondary Education: A diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Leadership Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a management role.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business sense and general knowledge.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software.
  • Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership, accountability, autonomy, discretion, effective communication, and availability.
