Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Director to lead our Birks store in Carrefour Laval. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, fostering a positive and professional work environment, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives
  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer-centricity among store staff
  • Provide coaching and training to store staff to enhance their skills and performance
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewelry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficient in MS Office suite
