Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a range of 1 to less than 7 months being ideal.
Work Environment

This role is situated within a dynamic hotel, motel, or resort setting, providing a vibrant atmosphere for both staff and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors.
  • Dust and maintain furniture to ensure a pristine appearance.
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to uphold cleanliness standards.
  • Make beds and change linens to enhance guest comfort.
  • Distribute fresh towels and toiletries to guest rooms.
  • Organize and stock the linen closet efficiently.
  • Maintain hygiene by disinfecting operating rooms and other critical areas.
  • Ensure elevators are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
  • Manage lost and found items responsibly.
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
  • Perform minor mending of clothing and linens.
  • Execute light housekeeping and cleaning duties as required.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a pleasant experience for guests.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally.
