Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Associate to join our team at WTC Burger Management Systems. As a Food Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, take orders, and handle customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, portion and wrap foods, and package take-out food.
  • Inventory Management: Keep records of the quantities of food used, stock refrigerators and salad bars, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and working under pressure.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, reliability, and team player.
  • Health Benefits: Health care plan, permanent work term, English language, and 30-35 hours per week.
