Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Banking Advisor to join our team. As a Banking Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to our clients.

Job Description

As a Banking Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with personalized banking solutions and services. You will work closely with our clients to understand their financial needs and goals, and provide them with tailored advice and guidance to help them achieve their objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  • Proactively engaging with clients to understand their banking needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Providing exceptional client service and sales expertise to our clients
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored advice and guidance
  • Identifying and pursuing sales and referral opportunities to grow our client base
  • Collaborating with our partners to provide comprehensive banking solutions to our clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Mutual Funds accreditation, or willingness to obtain it
  • Demonstrated passion for putting clients first, as well as success in a hands-on, target-driven sales environment
  • Problem-solving and people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and proactively connect with clients
  • Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong personal ethics, and a hunger for success
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
  • Bilingualism (English and French) required
