About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a Banking Advisor, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals, and building strong relationships with our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them make informed decisions about their financial futures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with clients to identify and achieve their financial goals, whether it's saving for a down payment on a home, planning for retirement, or managing debt.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that clients receive the most current and relevant financial information.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, driving continuous improvement in our services and processes.
Requirements
  • Hold a college diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
  • Hold a mutual fund representative (MFR) licence – If not, you must obtain this licence within three months of hiring with a full refund once you have successfully obtained it.
  • Advisory service experience, inclusive attitude, and openness to diversity.
