About the Role

MASC is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to bring their creative expertise to our team. As a dynamic charitable organization, we aim to deepen awareness and encourage understanding through our performances, workshops, and artist-in-residence programs offered in both French and English.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective visual communication strategies for our marketing and communications materials.
  • Collaborate with our Communications Director and Program Directors to create engaging and targeted designs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio.
  • Excellent working knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and communications.
  • Extensive experience in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Critical thinking mindset and keen attention to detail.
  • Degree or diploma in graphic design or similar program.
What We Offer
  • Three-day remote position, 24 hours/week, 44 weeks/year.
  • Annual salary range: $29,000 - $31,000 (commensurate with experience).
  • Benefits plan: life and long-term disability insurance.
  • 6 days paid vacation annually (2 weeks pro-rated).
  • 5 days paid sick leave annually.
