MASC is seeking a part-time Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging visual communications materials that reflect our brand's identity and values.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio that showcases their creativity and versatility. They will be able to work in both English and French, and have excellent knowledge of graphic design fundamentals and communications.

The Graphic Designer will work closely with our Communications Director and Program Directors to develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with our organization's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing marketing materials, including e-brochures, promotional eFlyers, and event marketing materials
  • Creating visual communications materials, such as posters, signage, and digital materials
  • Developing and maintaining our brand's visual identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography
  • Collaborating with our team to ensure consistency and professionalism in all design products

What We Offer:

  • Part-time position, 24 hours/week, 44 weeks/year
  • Annual salary range: $29,000 - $31,000
  • Benefits plan, including life and long-term disability insurance
  • 6 days paid vacation annually (2 weeks pro-rated)
  • 5 days paid sick leave annually
