We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Gyubee Japanese Grill Mississauga. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Clean kitchen and work areas
- Organize buffets and banquets
- Manage kitchen operations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
