Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team at MANDI AFANDI. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
- Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
- Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and recruit and hire staff as needed.
- Event Planning: Organize buffets and banquets, and manage kitchen operations to ensure smooth execution.
As a Line Cook at MANDI AFANDI, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent oral communication skills. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
- Language: English
