Overview

Batala Carriers Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee our team of truck drivers. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to less than 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate training programs for new and existing drivers.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for personnel actions.
  • Coordinate maintenance and rental services for vehicles.
  • Manage the requisition of materials, equipment, and supplies.
Supervisory Duties

You will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards.

Work Environment
