Village des Valeurs is part of the Savers family of stores. We are a global for-profit retailer of gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Our business model of 'Rethink and Reuse', encompassing buying, selling, and recycling, provides communities with a smart way to shop and prevents over 700 million pounds of used goods from ending up in landfills each year. We also support over 100 non-profit organizations by purchasing donated items, providing a source of revenue that helps support their essential community programs and services.

About the Role
As a member of the management team as a Retail Sales Supervisor, everything you do has a specific purpose that links team efforts to the financial results of your store. Our Sales Supervisors make important decisions that have a direct impact on the success of their store, every day. They also continuously improve and empower their team members.
