Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Press Operator to join our production team at Independent Paper Converters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic presses to produce high-quality packaging materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Safely operate and maintain our flexographic presses to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of printed materials, making adjustments as needed to meet our high standards.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on press equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our production team to meet production deadlines and achieve our business objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a press operation or related field is an asset.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
