Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Production Labourer to join our team at Waterloo Biofilter Systems Inc. in Guelph, ON.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist production leads in the fabrication and assembly of wastewater treatment filters (Biofilters)
  • Follow production documentation and drawings
  • Operate common hand/power tools (drills, hammers, chop saw, drill press, etc.)
  • Build full production models (Biofilters) on a weekly schedule
  • Produce small PVC plumbing assemblies and water level indicating equipment
  • Pick and pack small parts and assemblies
  • Assist production leads or production manager on custom manufacturing projects

Requirements
  • 3 years' experience in a related field
  • Class G Licence (preferred)
  • Ability to think on your feet and respond to complications calmly and efficiently
  • Able to organize workload and prioritize tasks
