The OpportunityOur US Corporate Tax practice assists organizations in determining the most effective US corporate structure from a tax perspective, including subsidiaries, branches, and joint-venture partnerships. We also help clients choose efficient methods of capitalization and financing, and assist with US tax compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in complex and challenging US tax work, requiring significant analysis, assessment, and quantification.
- Prepare or review US corporate and partnership tax returns for multinational clients, and US tax provisions for public and private companies.
- Work closely with Managers and Partners on tax planning and advisory engagements.
- Collaborate with leading tax practitioners in their field and have excellent career growth prospects and mentoring opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a public accounting firm.
- In process of obtaining a US CPA designation, Enrolled Agent or US Masters of Tax.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team building skills.
- Strong time-management abilities and self-motivation.
- Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Keen to assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for various clients.
- Willingly takes on and learns new skills by researching a wide variety of tax issues.
- Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships.
