Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated manager who takes great pride in both the technical and business contribution of their work. As a software development manager in the Prime team, you will work closely with business and technology partners to build, scale, and operate services to support Prime members worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the definition and development of multi-tier web services
  • Design and architect new and existing systems
  • Partner with product or program management teams
  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and manage teams of software engineers
Requirements
  • 3+ years of engineering team management experience
  • 7+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience
  • 3+ years of designing or architecting new and existing systems experience
  • 8+ years of leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and senior leadership
  • Experience in recruiting, hiring, mentoring, and managing teams of software engineers
