About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at SMC Hardware Canada Inc. as a Sales Supervisor. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and maintain accurate records of stock levels and sales data.

Requirements

  • Work Environment: Willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
