YOUR ROLE IN THE ISLAND EXPERIENCE

As a vital member of our team, you will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that showcases our brand's stylish offerings. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a Relaxed Environment: Efficiently process and display merchandise on the sales floor, ensuring guests have access to the latest products.
  • Managing Stockroom Operations: Collaborate with the Stock Coordinator to maintain an organized stockroom, ensuring that shipping supplies are orderly and accessible.
  • Processing Shipments: Accurately handle all inbound and outbound shipments in line with our Retail Operations Policies and Procedures.
  • Participating in Team Meetings: Engage in store meetings and communicate effectively regarding inventory inquiries and discrepancies.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in guest service and stock management.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency.
  • Excellent communication abilities and proficiency with numbers.
  • A collaborative spirit with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative.
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed to support business operations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling.
  • Regular climbing of ladders.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).
  • Willingness to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary.

COMPENSATION

Pay range: $15.00 (or local minimum wage) - $20.00 hourly.
