Job Title: Front of House Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Nando's AB. As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable dining experience.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals, including maintaining a clean and organized dining area, managing cash and credit transactions, and ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our guests, team members, and management to ensure seamless service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, able to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous customer service experience an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and basic math skills.
  • Availability: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
