Job Title: Human Resources Management Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Management Consultant to join our team at KP Tax. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in HR management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR management, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, including employment equity and human rights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations for improvement.
